Commissions

Terms of service

- If you contract my services, it means that you accept my Terms of Service.

Payment

- I receive payments in crypto.- 50% or full payment is required upfront.- Payment must be sent before the finished product is sent out.- 1st revision is free (any after is extra $5 USD).- If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, all money will be refunded.

Other

- Clear references for anything that is to be included or that has to do with the subject.- Animations have an additional cost depending on the artwork to be animated.- I reserve the right to deny any commission I do not feel comfortable doing.- You must state a due date if needed.- Rushed work will be charged more.

Use of work

- You may use the art for anything that isn't commercial.- You may not use any art I make for NFTs without prior agreement.- You may use the art commercially if it is part of the commissioned agreement.- Any art made for a commission may be used by me unless stated otherwise.
